OSU President Burns Hargis, OSU-Tulsa President Howard Barnett and OSU-Tulsa's Founders, who were instrumental in the creation of the school, reflect on its impact in celebration of its 15th anniversary. The OSU-Tulsa Founders include former Oklahoma Gov. Frank Keating, former Oklahoma Sen. Charles Ford, former Oklahoma Sen. Penny Williams, former OSU President Jim Halligan and founding OSU-Tulsa President Gary Trennepohl.
