Twesigye Jackson Kaguri is well known throughout the world as a human rights advocate and philanthropist. The founder and executive director of The NYAKA AIDS Orphans Project, which provides free education to children who have lost their parents to HIV AIDS in Uganda, spoke at Oklahoma State University on September 8.
